We now have a variety of newly renovated spaces including live-work residential lofts, and multi-purpose studios, and galleries for presenting music, visual arts, dance, yoga and wellness programs, and a multi-purpose generator space that we are developing for socially responsible businesses, makers, artists, educators, and entrepreneurs.

What Do We Generate?
Wellness & Outdoors
Outdoor green space increases the amount of usable space for people and programs, and connects us to the beautiful network of trails throughout the Village. No longer are activities limited by spaces inside The Mill. On a nice day, education—yoga or painting, bird watching and Wellness Camps—can be enjoyed outdoors. So can concerts, pop-ups, receptions, and other social activities.

We have beautiful lofts for rent in our historic mill. Soaring steel windows restored wood floors, all designed and built with love and care.
